United by a shared vision, they established the company in Bali to create high-quality residential projects in one of the world’s most dynamic property markets.

The company is led by Mark Feldman, a seasoned investment banker with over 25 years of experience. Having spent much of his career on Wall Street, Mark has structured and executed over a billion dollars in transactions, financing and refinancing real estate projects across global markets.

Under his leadership, Global Bali Home brings together strategic insight and international standards, supported by a highly skilled team of architects, designers, and some of the most experienced construction professionals in Bali.
