Global Bali Home (“we”, “us”) operates globalbalihome.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Global Bali Home is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at sales@globalbalihome.com, on +62 819 5901 7052, or at our office in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia.

Information you give us

Through the contact form, the villa-matching quiz, the private tour booking and the investment guide request:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone or WhatsApp number
• the project or property type you are interested in
• budget range, purchase timeline and the other answers you give in the quiz
• anything you write in a free-text message
• your explicit consent to be contacted

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our analytics and advertising tools may record:

• your IP address, truncated where the tool supports it
• browser, device type, operating system and screen size
• pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth and clicks
• the site or advertisement you arrived from, including campaign parameters in the URL
• an identifier stored in a cookie so that repeat visits can be recognised

If you are in a region where prior consent is required, none of this is collected until you have made a choice in the cookie banner.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it with service providers that process it on our behalf:

Not all of these are active at all times — the tools that run depend on our current configuration and on the cookie choice you made. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.

We operate from Indonesia, and the providers listed above process data in the United States, the European Union and elsewhere. Where data is transferred out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, that transfer relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard offered by the provider.

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiry and contact records: three years from our last contact with you, unless a contract requires longer.
• Analytics data: up to 14 months in Google Analytics; other tools follow their own default retention.
• Your cookie choice: 12 months, after which we ask again.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data deleted
• object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it
• receive your data in a portable format
• withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect processing that already took place
• complain to your local data protection authority

8. Cookies

Which cookies we set, and what each one does, is listed in the Cookie Policy. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

10. Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS, and access to enquiry data is limited to our sales team. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. If the change materially affects how we use your data, we will ask for your cookie choice again.
